We are a team of interdisciplinary academic researchers from Canada and India interested in the influence of the Indian judiciary on interactionsamongdevelopment, the environment, human wellbeing and livelihoods.Our goal is to learn from peopledirectlyaffected by environmental problems orinvolved in environmental litigation, and to provideanalysis and reports that can help communities, scholars, NGOs and policy makers achieve environmental justice for poor and marginalized sectors of society.
